Hello from home!!!

Well, we made it safe and sound.  What a trip that was.  I'd do it again in a heart beat, with a few changes.  It was a learning lesson for sure.

I will try and post in order of the trip with a comment or five.  It will be fun for me to go back and remember.  I hope you enjoy seeing.

We left Pasco pretty early in the morning.

It is rare if we are up in time for a sunrise.  We beat this one!

Right around Washtucna we was a deer crossing the road.  Then we looked to the right and saw this little one wanting to cross but we were in the way.  We waited a bit and watched as it went a little farther down the road in the brush.  Then is came into site again and we waited until it crossed the road.  A good sign for our trip.

We could still see the moon but the sunrise had started.

We do live in amongst beautiful scenery, even if it is a little drab at times

 

We decided we needed to stop for a minute.  It was here on the river we found a spot to "rest" and low and behold we came upon a flock of turkeys.

This was a good sign!!  Wildlife!!

 We crossed a bridge.

And look what we found!!!

And the red bushes were beautiful too!!
