Left Page, Az this morning and it was only 2 and a half hours to Bryce Canyon. Well, we showed up 6 hours later. Utah has a lot of beautiful scenery to look at and a couple of really interesting dirt roads. The hotel we are staying at is pretty cool.
I told you we did the Grand Canyon yesterday. It was beautiful, but I have to say the landscape we have seen at Bryce is spectacular.
The tough part is the 91 degrees we left in Florida and today while we were taking pictures of Bryce the temperature dipped to 24 degrees and there is snow on the ground. Not much but definitely enough to get your attention.
We keep seeing animal signs on the highway and lots of tracks in the sand on our stops but we have yet to lay eyes on anything. Where did they all go?
We are going back up the canyon tomorrow morning, there are some parts we haven't seen yet and according to the pictures we have seen they are a must before we go. So I will load some pics. I hope you enjoy.
I forgot to tell you that we stopped by Lake Powell on the way outside of Page
The color leaves some to be desired. Need to fix when I get home!
So after looking at my pics the colors are not any where they need to be and you need to see the rocks closer to the color they are so Marty's computer has better color and she will post hers.
