Today is September 30th and we have made it to Delta, Pennsylvania

We went 79 miles today and it took us 4hr.54min.

Delta is at the southern border of Penn.  There are row houses here also.  They still amaze me for some reason.

I like to find cats where ever we go.  These are my Penn. cats.

We are heading out so Marty can show me some of the sites.

I don't remember what this place was called but it is a quarry site.  It was sold to a private party so we were told no pictures and to leave.  I got this one before he hot footed it to where we were.

 What a cool looking tree root where the land has washed away.

 This road (?) goes down between the corn fields.  I would guess to get the equipment in and out without smushing the corn stalks.

 This is what your basic road, and I mean 90 per cent of them, look like in Penn.  At least pretty much everywhere we went while we were in and around Delta.  Taken from behind the windshield.

Remember I said we didn't see a church that didn't have a cemetery . Here was no exception.

They were restoring these Welsh Cottages

This isn't a Welsh Cottage :) but it was hanging around there.

 

We went shopping at an orchard.

Okay, enough for tonight.  Bet your eyeballs are tired.  Probably have 2 times more pictures from today but I will do them tomorrow. 

Just for posterity sake, we probably have 6 inches of snow here in Pasco tonight and it is 23 degrees.

This is the most snow we have had for a couple of years.  Yee haw!!
