So, as we were coming out of La Grand, Ore and just past Alicel, Michelle looks over and spots this wonderful field.

Sunflowers as far as the eye can see. The big ones had seeds in the flowers. I thought maybe they would be used for sunflower oil, or maybe just eatin' seeds. Who knows? We didn't.
We ran across a few more old buildings on the way home.
